张福铭，笔名鲁剑，沂蒙山人。1950年出生于山东省莒南县西田庄，1968年参军，历任排、连、营、团等职。1982年毕业于石家庄军事教育学院，并留校任校刊杂志社美术编辑、摄影记者，1994年转业到地方工作。曾就读中国书协、中国美协高研班，广州美术学院国画系周彦生导师花鸟画高研班，首都师范大学中国书法文化研究院硕士研究生课程班，中国美协第十六期花鸟画高研班，中国书协李双阳导师高研班，天津美术学院贾宝珉导师花鸟画创作班，中国国家画院詹庚西导师花鸟画高研班，清华美术学院郭石夫导师花鸟画高研班、王阔海导师新汉画高研班、王奇寅导师新水墨花鸟画高研班、李振东导师冰雪画高研班。多年来，有幸得到恩师欧阳中石先生的亲切教诲和著名书画家赵久长、周彦生、方楚雄、贾宝珉、霍春阳、王培东、刘守安、李双阳、詹庚西、郭石夫、王阔海、王奇寅、李振东等导师的精心指导。

一个人的经历修为境界，决定着他笔墨的性状。当代著名书画家张福铭先生上世纪六十年代参军，后经军事院校的历练，致力于武备，却从来不废文修，又有美术编辑、摄影艺术的经历，他文武双修，所以他的书画境界有别于常，跃然于纸，翩然于心。既有文质彬彬的儒雅质，又有书生仗剑的侠者风！
