沈济文，字海狼，铁背山书客。“和璧书”万寿字斋主。辽宁省抚顺县人，抚顺社会科学院地方党史工作，职称研究员。现为抚顺市美术学会会员，中国现代艺术研究中心高级研究员，中国书画研究院艺术委员会委员，中国美术家协会、中国书法家协会艺术家，中国书画交易中心九鼎艺术发展促进会理事，九州枫林国际书画艺术研究院院士，中华文化研究院艺术顾问，中华国礼艺术大师，客座教授、名誉院长等职。在工作之余，撰写的文章和论文发表在报刊杂志及有关书籍中的文字量达400多万字，获省市优秀论文奖80多篇，被网上转载的论文和文章有几十篇。此外，自幼喜爱书法和绘画，并在不同工作岗位中积极参加各种书画展覽，曾经在部队和抚顺市直机关参加书画展览,有多幅作品获奖。参加工作几十年来所创作的几百幅作品被战友、朋友和同学收藏。

At the end of 2010, he was hired by the China International Modern Art Research Center as a "senior researcher of calligraphy and painting", and was awarded the honorary titles of "Famous Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Artist" and "Gold Award Artist".
