缪月红出身于一个祖辈绘画雕刻花鸟手工业家庭。受家庭熏陶，一生痴迷绘画及读书。现为北京中宣盛世国际书画院会员和特聘画家。浙江省老年书画研究会会员。
Miao Yuehong was born in an ancestral painting, carving, flower and bird handicraft family.Influenced by the family, I was obsessed with painting and reading.Now he is a member and special painter of Beijing xuan Shengshi International Calligraphy and Painting Academy.Member of Zhejiang Elderly Painting and Calligraphy Research Association.
2016~2019年，连续四年，2021年～2022年缪月红的作品被入选中国国际集邮网，中华文化部、中国大众文化学会、中国邮政部门联合印刷邮票，纪念张、一卡通向全国出版发行；
2017年，在第三届世界华人书画大赛中获优秀奖；
2018年，在第二届全国书画大赛中获优秀奖；
2019年庆祝澳门回归20周年，八幅作品入编"中国艺术名家缪月红港澳邮票及纪念珍藏册"全球发行；
2019年，荣膺“致敬中华70载艺术成就人物”，两幅作品被入编中国文化进万家2019年精品日历；
~ In 2019, for four consecutive years, from 2021 to 2022, Miao Yuehong's works were selected into China International Philatelic Network, China Ministry of Culture, China Mass Culture Society of China and China Postal Department jointly printed stamps, commemorative zhang and one-card to the country;
In 2017, he won the Excellence Award in the third World Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Competition;
In 2018, he won the Excellence Award in the second National Calligraphy and Painting Competition;
In 2019, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Macao's return, eight works were published in the "Hong Kong and Macao Collection";
