刘晓虎，男，汉族，生于1965年，陕西省商洛市商州区人。现为国家一级书法师、中国国际现代艺术研究院高级研究员、中国书画家协会会员、中国艺术学会会员、全国名人书画艺术联合会委员、香港国际华人书画家协会理事、中国翰林书画院会员、陕西省书法家协会会员、陕西省于右任书法家学会会员、中国新视野书画院副院长、中国部长将军书画协会西部书画研究院理事。

从小受书香世家熏陶，酷爱书法，对二王一脉行草潜心研习，颖悟孙过庭.于右任草书，伯父的欧体九成宫及父亲的行书，特别受著名书法家刘丹枫(堂兄)独特的行草书法感染在这数十年心悟手追，不舍昼夜，其行草书法形成了独特明显的个人风格，多次参加比赛并获奖，被很多刊物.媒体认可，在社会中赢得了书法爱好者的广泛收藏和赞誉。
