王文斌，男，汉族，副教授，北京清华大学艺术院书法课座教授，“沈鹏书法艺术工作室‘专家组高级理事’”、“国礼艺术家”、“国家一级诗书画家”、中国“鬼才”艺术家、“一品大家·六大国礼艺术家”、“一代名家”、“一代师表”、中国民族文艺家协会常务副主席、中国国际画院副院长、中华国粹艺术研究协会副主席、北京当代环球书画院名誉主席、中国书法家协会会员、内蒙古书协第三届副秘书长、中国乌海书法城院士、乌海市书法家协会第二届主席，三、四、五名誉主席，乌海市老年书画协会第八届副主席、兼秘书长。
自幼热爱书画，从七十年代末至2020年一直从事矿、局、市书法函大、少儿、老年大学等群众书法教学和组织工作。
