赵秋胜，字复秋，号静魏斋主人，一九六七年生于河北省廊坊市文安县文安镇麻各庄村，自幼酷爱书法，临池不缀，取法魏碑，始平公造像，张猛龙碑，张玄墓志，郑文公碑，灵庙碑等。行书取法王羲之圣教序，米芾受益最多。 

Zhao Qiusheng, also known as Fuqiu and the owner of Jingwei Zhai, was born in Magezhuang Village, Wen'an Town, Wen'an County, Langfang City, Hebei Province in 1967. He loved calligraphy from a young age and did not embellish it in Linchi. He adopted the Wei stele, the statue of Duke Shiping, the Zhang Menglong stele, the Zhang Xuan epitaph, the Zheng Wengong stele, and the Lingmiao stele. Mi Fu benefited the most from the practice of using Wang Xizhi's holy teachings as a preface in the running script.

Zhao Qiusheng, a highly respected calligrapher, showcases a unique style of calligraphy in his works. He depicted his spiritual world with calligraphy art, and conveyed his love and respect for life, nature, and traditional culture with his pen and ink. Zhao Qiusheng's works demonstrate his profound attainments and unique innovative abilities in calligraphy art. He is good at outlining rhythmic and flowing fonts with delicate strokes, each stroke showcasing his pursuit and love for art. 作品在全国长城杯举办的书画大赛中，连续五年入展，并在军事博物馆展出；第二届盛世艺品中国书法大赛获优秀奖。

The work has been exhibited in the National Great Wall Cup Calligraphy and Painting Competition for five consecutive years and has been exhibited in the Military Museum; The second Prosperous Art Chinese Calligraphy Competition won the Excellent Award.

《榜样中国》2014全国著名青、中、老年诗、书、画家优秀作品邀请赛获银奖；第五届“炎黄杯”国际诗书画印艺术大赛，获银奖。
