郑丽君1967年7月出生于吉林省敦化市，中国铁路沈阳局集团有限公司长春客运段退休职工，中国铁路总公司书画苑书画家，吉林省工艺美术协会会员，中国美术联谊会会员，中国国际艺术研究院院士，延边工艺美术协会会员。自幼喜欢绘画艺术，工作之余执笔不断，把传统油画不断的创新，形成了新派油画，创作的多幅作品获奖，一些作品被中国铁路沈阳局集团有限公司及喜欢新派画油的海內外人士收藏，个人绘画事迹和作品曾多次在沈阳铁道报和人民铁道报及今日头条刊登报道。

Zheng Lijun was born in July 1967 in Dunhua City, Jilin Province. He is a retired employee of Changchun Passenger Transport Section of China Railway Shenyang Bureau Group Co., Ltd., a calligrapher and painter of China Railway Corporation Calligraphy and Painting Garden, a member of Jilin Provincial Arts and Crafts Association, a member of China Art Association, an academician of China Academy of International Arts, and a member of Yanbian Arts and Crafts Association. I have been fond of painting art since I was young, and during my spare time, I continuously wrote and innovated traditional oil painting, forming a new style of oil painting. I have created multiple award-winning works, and some of them have been collected by China Railway Shenyang Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and domestic and foreign individuals who love new style oil painting. My personal painting stories and works have been reported on multiple times in Shenyang Railway Daily, People's Railway Daily, and today's headlines.
