方文采,男,1942年生于国画大师黄宾虹故乡安徽歙县,从事教育工作40余年,历任美术教员。二十世纪60年代以人物画、舞台布景闻名地方。现为中国美术家协会会员,中国书画家协会理事,中国国际美术家协会省级名誉主席特聘2014首届“中华艺术家形象大使”。中华人民共和国国家一级美术师,文化部中国文化遗产保护研究院民族书画院副院长,北京东方翰林书画院名誉副院长,中国书画艺术收藏网会员。埃塞俄比亚驻华使领馆、中国-阿拉伯国家贸易促进会特聘书画师,北京市朝阳区诗书画研究会会员,北京天地人才书画院副院长,北京兰亭集书画院副院长,北京松云书画院副院长,东坡书画院院士,黄庭坚书画艺术学会会员,黄山市美术家协会会员,中国精品艺术特约顾问,中华人艺术网签约艺术家,拥有“中国人民艺术家资质国际”称号。

Fang Wencai, male, was born in 1942 in Shexian County, Anhui Province, the hometown of Huang Binhong, a master of Chinese painting. He has been engaged in education for more than 40 years and has served as an art teacher. A place famous for figure painting and stage scenery in 1960s. Now he is a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a director of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and the honorary chairman of the China International Artists Association at the provincial level.
