刘夏玲，1989年5月出生，山西朔州平鲁人，中国民主促进会朔州市朔城区支部会员，禁毒志愿者，平鲁区夏玲沙画主理人，国内首创3D地板彩色沙画。

作品：沙画非遗《尉迟恭》

从小就对画画充满兴趣的夏玲，幼时看到父亲替人画炕围画，用五颜六色的画笔勾勒出武汉长江大桥、山水瀑布等风景。从那时起，美术的根就扎在了她的心里。也许是内心对美术的热爱，让大学毕业后的她，在第一次看到沙画作品时，就被深深吸引。

源于对沙画的热爱，2012年她开始了对沙画艺术的学习和探索，并致力于沙画艺术的继承和发扬，将雅俗共赏的沙画艺术演绎成传统和唯美的结合，体现的淋漓尽致。夏玲通过对沙画艺术坚持不懈的研究与探索，逐步形成了具有自身特色的沙画艺术风格。刘夏玲用沙画演绎着自己的人生，实现着自己的价值，让一捧黄沙有了无穷的生命力。她的沙画创意新颖，创作速度快，作品极具观赏力，能根据不同主题、内容、风格来创作。

沙子在流动，纤手在跃动，两尺见方的画板上，夏玲用她的慧心颖悟，展现着人生的精彩和纯粹。她说：“沙画已成为我生命中的一部分，我的生命中离不开沙画。”
