艺术家洪志标

洪志标，号凤山客。1939年出生于福建南安码头洪山。曾就读著名侨校国光中学，1961年毕业于福建师范大学艺术系，1999年定居厦门市。在安溪县和厦门市的中学和大学任教60年，桃李满园，为高级教师、美术教授。曾得到国家教育部、中国教育学会等单位多次的表彰。为中国国礼书画名家、我国著名的剪纸非遗传承人。他曾为海内外一万多人画过肖像速写，被称誉为“肖像速写大师。”

2018年9月8日一15日他偕夫人廖秀丽曾在北京参加由联合国世界非遗保护基金会、美国集邮集团中国艺术基金会、山水丹青(北京)国际艺术中心、中国国际艺术网等中外文化权威联合举办的“絲韵丹青”六位艺术名家联展。並发行“勉力中国 闪耀世界一一中国艺术名家絲韵丹青系列展览洪志标书画名家6人联展纪念邮折”国际艺术网评他的作品“将笔下的人物、动物不仅剪得活灵活现，精神抖擞，而且其思想紧扣时代脉络与人文精神，将中国剪纸非遗文化魅力体现淋漓尽致，超凡脱俗。”
