孟昭飞，男，江苏徐州人，1957年10月出生，大学文化，中共党员，中央党校政法专业函授毕业，北京大学经济管理专业函授毕业。1981年8月参加教育工作，历任教师、校长、教育办业务员、乡镇党委秘书、组织委员，党委副书记、纪委书记，政法书记、政协工委主任，人大主席、区机关干部。2001年6月被江苏省委表彰为全省优秀党务工作者，享受省劳模待遇。
