国际 当代艺术家杨红，1959年出生，中国美术家协会会员，国家高级美术师。现任中国书画院理事，中国女子书画院副院长，广东省美术家协会会员，北京油画学会会员，惠州市美术家协会理事，亚洲美术家联盟理事，香港美术家协会会员，中国中外名人文化艺术委员会高级研究员，中国岭南丽民俗油画创始人。斯里兰卡社会主议民主共和国国际交流协会中国首席代表。
1973年在安徽省广德县花鼓戏剧团任戏剧演员。
1979年—1982在安徽省艺术学校（安徽艺术职业学院）学习。
1982年-1989年在安徽省歌舞团任歌唱演员。
2000年跟随曾金茂先生正式学习油画绘画。
2003年油画作品《梦幻》 、《绿百合》荣获中央电视台“墨彩杯”全国青少年书画电视大赛青年组一等奖。
2004年油画作品《岁月》入选“庆祝中华人民共和国成立五十五周年广东省美术作品展（油画大展）”。
2005年在北京琉璃厂创办“岭南丽”油画廊。首创中国当代民俗油画“岭南丽”系列及国粹“京剧人物”系列油画艺术作品。“岭南丽”获得了中国商标权。中国当代民俗油画“岭南丽”系列及国粹“京剧人物”系列油画艺术作品，获得中华人民共和国国家版权局颁发的著作权。11月参加第二届中国收藏文化博览会上“杨红油画艺术作品”荣获金奖。12月受中国中央党校名人美术馆邀请，成功举办“中国女画家杨红油画艺术作品展。
2006年参加第三届中国收藏文化博览会，岭南丽当代民俗油画“水浒108将”艺术作品再次荣获金奖。
2007年担任中国戏剧文学会文艺部艺术总监和副秘书长，获中华时代名人协会颁发的“中华时代书画风云人物100强”荣誉证书。
2008年油画作品《节日》入选“庆祝广东省美术家协会五十周年展（广东美术大展）”。
2013年荣获2013艺术奥运伦敦奥运纪念金奖(奥斯卡艺术家得主：杨红金奖）。
Yang Hong, an international contemporary artist, born in 1959, is a member of the Chinese Artists Association and a national senior artist. In 2000, he formally studied oil painting with Mr. Zeng Jinmao.
In 2003, the oil paintings "Fantasy" and "Green Lily" won the first prize of the youth group in the "Ink Color Cup" National Youth Calligraphy and Painting TV Competition of CCTV.

In 2005, "Lingnan Li" oil painting gallery was established in Liulichang, Beijing. He pioneered the "Lingnan Beauty" series of contemporary Chinese folk oil painting and the "Peking Opera Figures" series of oil painting art works. "Lingnanli" has obtained the Chinese trademark right. The "Lingnan Beauty" series of contemporary Chinese folk oil painting and the "Peking Opera Figures" series of oil painting art works have obtained the copyright issued by the National Copyright Administration of the People's Republic of China. In November, "Yang Hong's oil painting works" won the gold medal at the second China Collection Culture Expo. In 2007, he served as the artistic director and deputy secretary-general of the Literature and Art Department of the Chinese Drama Literature Association, and was awarded the honorary certificate of "Top 100 Calligraphy and Painting Figures of the Chinese Era" issued by the Chinese Celebrities Association.
In 2008, the oil painting "Festival" was selected in the "Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Guangdong Artists Association Exhibition (Guangdong Art Exhibition)".
In 2013, he won the Gold Medal of the London Olympic Games in 2013 (Oscar winner: Yang Hong Gold Medal).
