朱曼华，艺名朱曼妤，斋名国艺鼎，1946年生于烟台第五代剪纸世家，代言人：中央电视台著名主持人赵忠祥。朱曼华多次到欧美东南亚等20多国家巡回展,在七十多年专业剪纸生涯中创作作品四大名著、孔子与七十二贤、百态十二生肖等十万余幅，10余个国家及中央省市电视台主流媒体专题报道，被国内外多家美术馆博物馆收藏。
