潘新明,1942年生,祖籍陕西华阴,居北京。原中国外交官。现国家一线德艺双馨艺术大师、中国网络资讯台艺术顾问;中华国礼艺术中心、艺术家润格网名誉主席;英国、瑞典皇家艺术院高级艺术顾问、法兰西皇家美术学院中国籍艺术院士、首席艺术家;2019年中华传承文化发展基金会、新时代中国文艺发展工作委员会、新时代文艺领袖人物评选委员会授予“新时代文艺领袖人物”。在五十多年业余笔墨生涯中,他继承祖国传统书法艺术基础上,博采古今之秀,融入新时代、新思想、新内容等元素、独具匠心,摸索出了一条自己书法、诗词的创作思维、方法、路径;书法作品出神入化,具有云烟满纸的图像美,实力更高于声望;作品荣获多次中国文化艺术类终身成就最高奖、国家文化传承创新贡献奖、世界艺术终身成就奖、第三届世界文化奖金奖等。多家权威媒体或文化艺术机构播报,被评为十大殿堂级艺术家、十大国宝级艺术家、人民艺术家,艺坛泰斗等,多幅书法艺术品被选编入《国学经典》、《大师风范》、《世界艺术巨匠》八人集长卷等。出版有《周恩来手迹大字典》《潘新明韵语选集》等。
