王安祥，男，生于1957年4月，甘肃民乐人，字安祥。中共党员（1993年2月入党），1981年参加工作，历经技术员、助理工程师、工程师、高级工程师、正高级工程师；曾担任科级、处级、厅级干部（厅级干部长达16年）现己退休。书法艺号：紫云斋之宝。他出身寒门，草根习性天成。自幼酷爱书法，已有40余载，现为兰州新区书法家协会副主席、中国硬笔书法协会会员、人民艺术家协会理事。

2015年8月，由天津人民美术出版社出版的《中国书道》（当代最具收藏潜力艺术名家作品集），非常荣欣与当代著名书法大家：欧阳中石先生、沈鹏先生、权希军先生、张海先生、李铎先生、周惕平先生同书共集，录入了本人24幅书法作品，且该书的“封二”和“封底”也是本人拙作，因此书者由衷感谢诸位老先生，也感谢魏金帅主编及各位美术编辑。

2015年9月在纪念中国人民抗日战争胜利70周年－－－“和平颂．中华情”全国美术书法百家邀请展评选中，成功入展并荣获一等奖；

2018年8月作品《金刚经》入选“华珍阁”杯全国书法作品大展并被收藏。

2019年7月在甘肃酒泉举办庆祝新中国成立70周年全国集邮书画作品展。

2020年荣获《2020最具收藏价值艺术家》。在公益事业、脱贫攻坚、新农村文化建设活动中也数次捐赠书法作品，并获其捐赠证书。
