赵珂,笔名舸兰,汉,1963年生于河南,祖籍山西。毕业于中国书画函授大学国画班(大专)。现为中国书画家联谊会会员,国际名人百科会员,中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会副秘书长、特聘书画家,中国互联网联盟副主编,英国皇家艺术基金会永久艺术顾问,政协画院副院长等职。

Zhao Ke, pen name Ge Lan, Han, was born in Henan in 1963, and his ancestral home was Shanxi. 在1993年北京2000奥林匹克第一届国际书画艺术大赛特邀作品获奖。作品被吉林省图书馆、第二届国际书画大展组委会等多家单位收藏。2000年荣获国际文化交流展金奖等(颁有奖牌)。首届祖国颂国际书画、摄影大赛“特别金奖”。迎97香港回归世界华人硬笔书画大展赛中获“优秀创作奖”。多次参加全国、国际书画的大展赛且获国际文化交流展金奖、特别金奖、中日二十世纪(二十一世纪)书画名匠勋章两枚、一等奖等诸多奖项。作品多次在中国美术馆、中国历史博物馆展出并获好评。流传美国、英国、日本、泰国、韩国等国家和香港、澳门等地区。入编《人民艺术家1949-1999(书画极品巨典)》(被邀担任编委)、《二十一世纪中日书画名匠集》等百部书画典籍中。

2000年以来,每年新春佳节都要给本小区的居民、亲朋好友爱心捐赠春联,《上善若水》横幅作品捐献给信息工程大学小区办公室,工作人员被舸兰的善举深深感动,表示一定向赵珂老师学习,努力为人民服务。类似为希望小学、空巢老人、残疾人、亚运会、奥运会等捐赠这样的善举事情数不胜数。赵珂老师还致力于为扶贫助学公益事业奉献爱心,带动了一大批爱心学者、企业家投身爱心接力,让爱的故事延续。
