郝孝义(号冰城子、愚公),祖籍河北省保定市徐水区,1942年出生于哈尔滨市,中华老人文化交流促进会中国书画家委员会副秘书长,中国书画家联谊会会员,中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会委员、特聘书画家,中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会副主席、理事、客座教授,中国楹联学会会员,中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会副秘书长、特聘专家,中国互联网联盟副主编,北京书法家协会会员,国际名人百科会员等。

Hao Xiaoyi (No.Bingchengzi, Yugong), a native of Xushui District, Baoding City, Hebei Province, was born in Harbin in 1942.
