梁启清,男,广东省湛江吴川市人,出生于1945年,2005年受湛江市政府、湛江市湖光岩风景名胜区管理局聘请,承担中国雷琼AAAA级世界地质公园湛江湖光岩风景名胜区申世工程大型建筑雕塑项目火山博物馆,有80米长,4.8米高的湛江湖光岩故事浮雕壁画,东大门的千年古榕,13米高龙鱼,22米长、18米宽、6米高、400吨重的万寿神龟,(申报吉尼斯纪录)2007年建造的12.8米高双面望湖观音、望海观音、美貌端庄、如意吉祥,吸引众多络绎不绝的游客。1999年海南省三亚市政府,天涯海角旅游发展有展公司聘请梁启清雕塑鹿回头公园,九九国际婚礼节5.5米高月老像。

Liang Qiqing, male, born in Wuchuan City, Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, was hired by Zhanjiang Municipal Government and Zhanjiang Huguangyan Scenic Area Administration in 2005 to undertake the Volcano Museum, a large-scale architectural sculpture project of Shenshi Project in Zhanjiang Huguangyan Scenic Area, AAAA World Geopark, Lei Qiong, China. There are 80-meter-long and 4.8-meter-high relief murals of Zhanjiang Huguangyan stories, Millennium banyan in Dongdaemun and 13-meter-high arowana. The 22-meter-long, 18-meter-wide, 6-meter-high, 400-ton-heavy tortoise (declared Guinness Book of Records), built in 2007, is a 12.8-meter-high Guanyin looking at the lake and the sea, beautiful and dignified, and is auspicious, attracting many tourists from an endless stream. In 1999, Sanya Municipal Government of Hainan Province, Tianya Haijiao Tourism Development Exhibition Company hired Liang Qiqing to sculpture Luhuitou Park, a 5.5-meter-high moon statue at the 1999 International Wedding Festival.

Liang Qiqing is a famous master of architectural sculpture in China. The structure of the book is atmospheric, the calligraphy and painting are dignified and beautiful, magnificent, unique in skills, superb in double strokes, bold in regular script, running script, official script, seal script and pen peak, smooth in writing, unique in style, generous and decent, comprehensive in cultural essence of past dynasties, unique in creating individual works, and worthy of being called a master of Chinese art circles. He is a rare talent of painting and calligraphy with both moral and artistic qualities. 梁启清的诗章是采用中国上下五千年文化精髓。汉代我国文化最为昌盛时期的风水瓦当格局图案为图章,其中采用两个,一个是青龙星座,一个是朱雀星座。圆章作固定书画格局风水定位,诗句楹联豪迈大气,吉祥和谐,意思是中国龙凤传人的艺术,一个是国宝铜马踏飞燕的方章,寓意作品传遍世界,还有一个长形的篆体文昌艺术章,文昌帝君文曲星是人间文神,凡是读书人、文化人都供奉他,以祐功名成就、状元及第、金榜题名。这枚章都是出自他的手笔,纯手工用水仲木雕刻出来的。梁启清的书法印章、笔、砚是经过世界地质公园湛江湖光岩望海观音、望湖观音开光时邀请美国纽约中华佛教协会会长和湖光岩椤严寺主持释清海大师开光点赞过,佛光普照,灵笔生辉。

Liang Qiqing's calligraphy seals, pens and inkstones were praised by the president of the Chinese Buddhist Association of new york and the Chayan Temple of Huguangyan, who presided over the opening ceremony of Wanghai Guanyin and Wanghu Guanyin in Zhanjiang, the World Geopark. The Buddha shines brightly and the pen shines brilliantly.

2012年参加湛江市首届民俗绝技魅力湛江、双笔同书;五年崛起、幸福湛江获银奖。被吸纳为中国工艺美术协会会员。2014年双笔同书颂中华楹联工艺、一柱擎天开国运、双毫献礼颂中华,参加中国广州民间工艺博览会山花奖获铜奖,会展期间安排现场挥毫表演双笔同书技艺,并评为广东省优秀民间文艺家。

2016年中华民族历代名圣清风廉政雕塑系列,陈兰彬、林绍棠、孔子墨宝筒参加中国广东民间工艺博览会获银奖。2017年创作香文化的中国梦、观音送子、麒麟送子、弥勒笑佛等浮雕装饰工艺荣获中国(深圳)国际文化产业博览交易会冬季工艺美术精品展获铜奖。被评为湛江市首届民间艺术大师,被吸纳为中国民间文艺家协会会员。

In 2016, Chen Lanbin, Lin Shaotang and Confucius Mo Bao Tong won silver prizes in the sculpture series of clean and honest administration of the Chinese nation's famous sages. In 2018, the first National Calligraphy Competition of China Calligraphy Academy Cup won the Silver Award, and was named as a national calligraphy elite. His works won the Gold Award in the National Poetry and Painting Competition of the Great Man of Dongfanghong. In 2019, his works won the gold medal in the 7th National Competition of Poetry, Painting and Calligraphy for Building a Chinese Dream, and awarded the honorary title of contemporary red artist. His works won the second prize in the 10th National Poetry and Painting Competition of Xizhi Cup. His work won the gold medal in the third National Painting and Calligraphy Competition of "the belt and road initiative, China National Gift Cup" and was awarded the honorary title of "Pioneer of the belt and road initiative".
