刘士君,男,1960年4月出生于沈阳市铁西区。自幼爱好书法,潜心修习行书、草书,吸取众家所长,形成自己独特风格。多次获得全球全国书法各项大奖。

现为中国书法家协会会员,国家一级书法师。被中国文联授予“德艺双馨艺术家”称号,中国互联网联盟艺术总监,中国人民艺术网客座教授。中国书法家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会委员,《新文艺杂志》编委。中国当代艺术家协会理事,中国国家书画院特聘书法家,中国东北书画会书法部部长。2020年9月24日被收入全国技能人才库,为高级非遗(书法)传承师,入库编号:JN558648200410。

2016年中国书画500强荣获特等奖。

2016年12月,世界书画家协会中国东北书画会举办的纪念毛泽东诞辰一百二十三周年书画展,荣获金奖。

2016年国际武术书画大赛一等奖。

2017年4月,八一之歌中国书画名家作品大赛荣获金奖,特授予“共和国红色艺术家”荣誉称号。

2017年6月,“铁血军魂,荣耀90载”全国书画名家作品大赛荣获金奖,特授予“中国当代杰出书画艺术家”荣誉称号。

2018年8月,“盛世东方”纪念毛泽东诞辰125周年全国书画名家作品大赛荣获金奖。

2018年11月,全国首届“瑞士弗兰卡杯”四条幅书画展荣获特殊金奖。

2019年5月,全国第七届“中国梦想杯”荣获金奖,并授予“书画中国梦优秀艺术家”荣誉称号。

2019年9月,全国第十九届“庐山杯”书画大赛荣获金奖,并被授予“献礼新中国70华诞优秀书画工作者”荣誉称号。
